Corrosive Material Tanker

Corrosive liquid tank transport vehicles are core equipment for road transportation of chemical liquids, capable of transporting various corrosive chemical liquids such as sulfuric acid (5–20 tons), hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, caustic soda, and ammonia water. The tank body is manufactured using professional anti-corrosion materials and processes to ensure transportation safety.

The tank material is selected based on the transported medium: carbon steel is suitable for concentrated sulfuric acid above 98%; carbon steel lined with PE is suitable for hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, etc.; stainless steel 316L is suitable for nitric acid, caustic soda, etc. Equipped with safety facilities such as breathing valves, anti-overflow devices, and emergency shut-off valves.

Tank volume 5–30 cubic meters optional, customizable based on transport volume and medium characteristics. Insulation layer and heating device can be optionally installed to meet temperature requirements of specific media. Chassis brands can be selected from Dongfeng, Jiefang, Sinotruk, Shacman, etc.

Export vehicles can be adapted in terms of tank material, safety devices, and accompanying documents in accordance with the dangerous goods transport regulations of the destination country.
