Dust Suppression Truck

The multifunctional dust suppression vehicle (mist cannon truck) is core equipment for dust control in scenarios such as construction sites, mines, coal yards, and municipal roads. The multifunctional dust suppression vehicles produced by Hubei Liwei can be equipped with mist cannons of 30 meters, 50 meters, 60 meters, 80 meters, 100 meters, and 120 meters depending on the product model, meeting operational requirements in different usage environments.

Utilizing high-pressure spray technology, water is atomized into fine particles of 30–150 microns, which fully contact airborne dust and cause it to settle. Equipped with a patented high-volume axial-flow fan (Patent Publication No.: CN205152873U), the spray covers a large area with high dust suppression efficiency.

The electric control and manual dual-control system ensures flexible and reliable operation. The mist cannon can rotate 180° to the left and right, with a vertical angle adjustable from -10° to 60°, achieving full coverage without dead angles. The tank volume is available in 5–15 cubic meters to meet the needs of different operational intensities.

In addition to dust suppression, a water spray system (front flush, rear spray, side spray, high-altitude water cannon) can be optionally installed, enabling multi-purpose use—serving as both a dust suppression vehicle and a water sprinkler truck. It is suitable for various scenarios such as dust control at construction sites, spray dust suppression in mines and coal yards, dust reduction and cooling on urban roads, and emergency firefighting spraying.
