Garbage Truck

Garbage collection trucks are core equipment for municipal sanitation and large-scale industrial and mining waste transport. They are classified into six main types by function: compression, dump, swing-arm, self-loading, sealed, and hook-arm. They primarily use hydraulic systems and sealed structures to achieve waste compression and leak prevention, offering advantages of reliable quality, low failure rate, easy maintenance, and low operating cost.

The compression refuse collector adopts mechatronic technology, utilizing specialized devices such as the body, packing mechanism, and push blade to achieve waste loading, crushing, forceful filling, compaction, and unloading. It is equipped with a computer control system that supports both fully automatic and semi-automatic operation modes, which not only reduces the labor intensity of sanitation workers but also greatly improves the working environment. Key components are imported, and the dual-safety system features both computer control and manual operation functions.

The hanging bucket garbage truck (self-loading type) has a single working cycle time of no more than 50 seconds, a residual ash rate of less than 3‰, and is compatible with 240L/360L/660L standard trash bins, with a daily processing capacity of 500-800 bins. It can be equipped with compression functions and a food waste treatment module for expanded capability. The pure electric version is configured with lithium iron phosphate batteries, a range of 200 kilometers, and supports wireless remote control operation.

Export-type garbage trucks are adapted to the emission standards and interface configurations of the destination country. Multiple regions have applied intelligent weighing systems and GPS positioning technology to build information-based management platforms. The smart supervision system constructed in Chengdu integrates satellite positioning data and uses AI algorithms to automatically identify violations.
