High Pressure Cleaning Truck

High-pressure cleaning vehicle is a special municipal pipeline maintenance vehicle centered on high-pressure water jet technology. Equipped with an imported high-pressure plunger pump (pressure ≥20MPa), it performs pipeline dredging and cleaning operations through high-pressure hoses and specialized nozzles.

Standard water tank capacity is 5–10 cubic meters, and the high-pressure hose reel length is 60–120 meters. Equipped with multiple functional nozzles: rear-jet propulsion nozzle (propelled by water jet recoil), rotating nozzle (high-pressure rotating cleaning of pipe walls), and cutting nozzle (for cutting roots and other blockages).

Widely used in scenarios such as municipal drainage pipe unclogging, industrial pipe cleaning, building exterior wall cleaning, and road surface decontamination cleaning. An optional heating device can be installed to achieve hot water high-pressure cleaning, enhancing the effectiveness of oil and grease removal.

Export-type high-pressure cleaning vehicles can be adapted to emission standards according to the regulations of the destination country. Chassis brands can be selected from Dongfeng, Jiefang, Foton, etc., to meet after-sales service and spare parts supply needs in different regions.
