Road Sweeper

The sweeper truck is the main equipment for urban environmental sanitation and cleaning, utilizing a combined suction and sweeping technology that integrates sweeping, garbage collection, and water spraying for dust suppression. It is widely used for daily cleaning operations on urban main roads, highways, airport runways, ports, docks, and industrial parks.

Adopting the classic layout of mid-mounted four side brushes plus a rear suction nozzle, the side brushes are responsible for sweeping debris into the cleaning path, while the suction nozzle is responsible for powerfully adsorbing debris and dust. The sweeping width is adjustable from 2.2 to 3.5 meters, adapting to different road conditions. The hydraulic valve group uses a well-known brand, ensuring stable and reliable operation.

The garbage bin capacity is 5-10 cubic meters, and the water tank capacity is 1-2 cubic meters. Equipped with a high-power fan, it provides strong suction, effectively picking up various debris such as road dust, sand, gravel, and leaves. Standardly equipped with a water spray dust suppression system, it sprays water throughout the sweeping process, preventing secondary dust pollution.

Snowplow blades (for winter snow removal), sprinkler systems (for summer cooling and dust suppression), and high-pressure cleaning systems can be installed as per user requirements to enable multi-functional operation. Export models can be adapted to meet emission standards and cab layouts in accordance with the regulations of the destination country.
